Cider House The PeoplePeople challenge: To provide operational staff to erect a large structure at a series of music festivals. The PeoplePeople response: The criteria for this role required staff that had a more practical / operational background. A tough role with long hours meant that we profiled staff on our database who were used to shift work and spending time outdoors. Amongst our team we had a builder, HGV driver and an electrician.
