To provide 40 professional Russian dancers for
the Smirnoff Czar campaign across the UK.

The main challenge was the recruitment of not just dancers
but good brand communicators achieved by incentivising recruitment
through word of mouth.
We approached dance schools and studios to recruit.
We held regional auditions and then had two full days training
for our staff.
The PeoplePeople result:
Full training, 100% attendance.
