The Sky Festival
The PeoplePeople challenge:
To supply 186 engaging brand communicators for one weekend in
Manchester, staffing 36 individual events as a part of Europe's
largest free entertainment festival.
The PeoplePeople response:
Roles varied from a compere for an A1 Grand Prix,
Casino croupiers, chefs for food demonstrations, SWAT trainers,
face painters, pit girls, brainiacs, MTV car pimpers and everything
in between.
Work commenced 8 weeks prior to activity and we used a combination
of CRB checked local staff with some of our proven team leaders
through a rigorous recruitment process.
The PeoplePeople result:
PeoplePeople provided 100% staffing and attendance over the
Festival and all feedback on the staff was fantastic.
