The
PeoplePeople challenge:
To provide 5 regional Brand Ambassadors for existing Kronenbourg
Blanc customers.
The PeoplePeople response:
The staff worked as mobile ambassadors from home and needed
to have strong organisational and communication skills.
We profiled those that had previous bar experience i.e. those
that had been bar managers and anyone who had held a client
focused role and demonstrated that they had worked on their
own.
We held a two-stage interview process including a written
scheduling assessment to test their organisational skills.
The
PeoplePeople result:
All positions were filled with zero dropout for the duration
of the campaign, and a project completion bonus applied for their efforts.
