The PeoplePeople challenge:
To source and provide 'authentic native Italian chefs' for a 9
week roadshow whom were able to drive a 7.5 tonne truck.
The PeoplePeople response:
The campaign consisted of 3 teams of 3 brand communicators,
including 1 chef, to bring an Italian themed market stand to
Top End Grocer stores nationwide.
We primarily profiled our Italian actors on our database
and provided them with a day's training in food preparation
with a chef, as well as completing the relevant food & hygiene
certificate.
The PeoplePeople result:
Only three cancellations over the entire 4-week campaign
that we replaced on the day.
